I am your true God...
Skill Name: God of Winter
Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Skill Information: This skill is the Mythical Z-Class fruit of the Anemoi of Winter, Boreas. It grants Adrian only one zoan-like form per two tier's to enter and a passive control over the elements of wind and winter. He becomes the avatar of a god while in this form, at least in comparison and has reached a level of dominance over normal fruit hardly ever rivaled. He blends the properties of logia, paramecia and zoan in order to create this god-state and the true god-level pretension arises. While this fruit comes with many strengths, it does have its own potent drawbacks.
Skill Strengths:
-Grants Adrian the power to enter a logia-form of ice and snow. Alternatively, he may shift into an icy wind. This grants him the innate abilities of logia-class fruits.
-He may spontaneously generate the element of wind and winter, giving him control over icy properties and winds.
-His Zoan-like forms allow him to add certain niches that adjust his strengths and weaknesses.
-Compared to logia and paramecia-based ice-element fruits, he has superior potency and control over the element. This is due to his Z-Class nature.
-Fire-based fruits can be countered with his wind and ice, but the weakness still applies if he himself is stricken.
-Adrian may actively reduce the temperature of the area by -1 degree Celsius. He exudes an aura of cold.
Skill Weaknesses:
-His Zoan forms only come once per two tiers.
-His logia form also comes with the natural logia weaknesses (including natural DF weaknesses)
-Fire is still an issue for him. Heat-based fruits that utilize either heat, fire, magma, etc. he is more vulnerable to, though logia and paramecia-class only have half the benefit to damage him more, whereas Z-Class has the power to harm him like logia ice vs. logia fire.
-Magma in any form does more damage than heat or fire fruits, but this follows the same pattern as before with z-class having the full effect.
-His passive abilities are prone to friendly-fire.
- Tier 1:
Tier 1 Technique Name: Ice Architecture
Tier 1 Technique Type: Passive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: N/A
Tier 1 Technique Description: This allows Adrian to create structures of ice that are equivalent to one tier lower than his current tier. They can be weapons, armor, etc. but they cannot be mechanical.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: -Can create structures from ice.
-The structures are very sturdy if simple.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: -The structures are weaker the more complex they are.
-They are vulnerable to heat, so anything producing heat that is the power of equal tier to the structures may melt them within a post of exposure.
Tier 1 Technique Name: Diamond Dust: Blast
Tier 1 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 3 Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: Adrian swings his arms outward, releasing a burst of mist that sends snowflake-sized blades of ice. They are not very effective against armor, but it will slice through unarmored foes of equal tier or less. This extends out to 15 meters per tier.

-May be removed from the hand to create a staff two-tiers lower than Adrian's.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: -Shorter range
-No slashing capabilities with rigid movement
Tier 1 Technique Name: Diamond Dust: Shatter
Tier 1 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 5 Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: Adrian shatters any structures made by his techniques, allowing him to target a person and send spikes formed from the shattering towards them. Per meter of ice formed, there is ten spikes. The spikes themselves are fragile and this reaches out to 15 meters per tier.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: -Creates a large number of spikes
-Decent Range
-Homes in on the enemy for the first 50 meters they travel.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: -Homing doesn't account for the whole range
-This destroys anything made by Adrian, potentially sacrificing things.
-The spikes will become inactive if they hit something.
Tier 1 Technique Name: Diamond Dust: Stalagmite
Tier 1 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 4 Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: At a diameter of 60 meters around Adrian, he creates a field of stalagmites all spaced half a foot apart, the structure being wickedly sharp. They are all slightly curved away from Adrian, but this is aesthetic.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: -A powerful, sudden Area of Effect technique.
-Wide range
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: -The spikes are only 1 meter tall, but for every 2 spikes there is a spike that is 2 meters tall
-While sturdy vertically, they can easily be broken if attacked horizontally.
- Tier 2:
Tier 2 Technique Name: The Tower |Appearance|
Tier 2 Technique Type: Defensive
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 5 Posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: This allows Adrian to transform into his Tower form, granting him an icy armor akin to using Busoshoku of one tier lower than his own tier. He can only maintain this form for a limited amount of time, but during it he has strength akin to a hand-to-hand fighter as well the endurance of one. Also, he is able to create icy extensions from his body that are of equal tier in durability to him.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths: -Able to create extensions from the body.
-Grants Strength and Durability of Hand-to-Hand fighter.
-Adds Busoshoku effect of one-tier lower.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: -Can only affect the body with the busoshoku effect.
-The form only lasts 5 posts.
-Adds a higher weakness to anything that produces heat.
Tier 2 Technique Name: God's Judgment: Innocence
Tier 2 Technique Type: Defensive/Offensive
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 6 Posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: Adrian creates a foot-thick dome (or sphere if in the air) of ice that is as powerful as his current tier, either around him or around another being. On the inside it will continually drop the temperature by 10 degrees celsius, if the person is hostile towards Adrian. If not, it can act as a barrier for himself or another.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths: -Great defensive capabilities
-Also able to drop the temperature by 10 degrees celsius every post.
-Sphere form will stay in place if it hits the ground.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: -Whoever is inside is cut off from the outside in sphere form. This applies to dome form, but they must dig.
-Will not drop the temperature past -10. This will reduce by -15 each tier, so by T3 it would be -25 as the threshold.
-In Dome form, someone could snake an attack from the underground.
Tier 2 Technique Name: God's Judgment: Guilt
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 6 Posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: Adrian creates a massive hammer of ice, the handle extending out to 25 meters and the hammer piece having a height of 20 meters, width of 18 meters, and length of 30 meters. Essentially, this is an over-sized hammer. Adrian touches the base of the pommel, swinging it once without having to hold it.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths: -Massive hammer equals massive slam
-The hammer can be used for Diamond Dust: Shatter
-The hammer is equivalent to Adrian's tier but one tier lower.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: -The hammer is extremely heavy, so after the first swing it is hard to utilize
-It can easily get stuck due to the impact of it striking.
-Vulnerable to heat-based techniques.
Tier 2 Technique Name: Event Horizon
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 10 posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: Adrian will hug himself, utilizing one post to charge up a massive release of ice and gales. Due to the nature of his fruit, he will release a blizzard that sends shrouds of spiked hail throughout an area, blanketing it in snow and ballistic ice. To accompany it, will be a massive gale-storm.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths: -Massive Area of Effect technique, utilizing the maximum range for Area of Effect with him at the center for the tier he stands at.
-Drops the temperature of the area affected by -100 degrees celsius
-Creates a deep-freeze effect. Affects inanimate objects without issue.
-Sends a storm of spiked hail along with the blizzard and gale storm.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: -Does not distinguish between friend or foe
-Can cause unnecessary environmental damage.
-Not optimal for every-day use
-Those affected by the deep freeze must be lower tier for it to affect them. Equal tier may take damage, but the deep freeze effect is up to them unless they have a weakness to it.
Tier 2 Technique Name: Artist's Touch
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 12 Posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: Adrian must make contact with a person with a grab, and if successful he can encase their body in ice. If the person is three tiers below his, he will deeply freeze their body into a perfect statue. If they are one or two tiers lower, he will encase them in a thick skin-tight casing, which needs to be broken. This is the same for equal-tiers, but they will have a much easier time. This can be charged to turn stronger people into statues, however.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths: -Capable of turning weaker into statues if they are at least three tiers lower.
-Capable of keeping one-two tier-lower characters in place until they can break the ice. This works for equal tiers as well.
-Can be charged, every three posts charging ice into the hand reduces the tier in which he can turn them into an ice statue.
-Per post, the casing can drop the person's temperature by 2 degrees fahrenheit.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: -Must make contact
-The charging freezes the hand he places the ice in, making it immobile.
-For those who aren't statues, the casing can easily be melted off.
-Temperature drop does not effect equal tier characters.
- Tier 3:
Tier 3 Technique Name: Breath of Terror
Tier 3 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: 4 posts
Tier 3 Technique Description: Adrian casts from his hands, feet or mouth a cone of cold that spreads snow, ice and hail to blanket whatever it strikes entirely. The cone extends out to 20 meters and the maximum diameter is 20 meters. It strikes with a powerful freezing force, attempting to keep what it strikes in place.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths: -Has a powerful freezing force that will encase equal and one-tier lower people in ice.
-Two tiers and lower characters will be in a powerful casing that requires an external force to break
-The cone of cold has a wide range
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses: -The casing is susceptible to concentrated heat
-Adrian must stay in one place or the cone will not stay together.
-Does not reduce the temperature of those inside the casing.
Tier 3 Technique Name: Longinus
Tier 3 Technique Type: Passive
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: N/A
Tier 3 Technique Description: Adrian is capable of creating rods of ice that are equal to equipment of his tier in durability. They may extend to the maximum range he is capable of but do not extend in one way. They only extend in opposite directions and can only be rigid rods. The rods can form within a diameter of 3 meters around Adrian.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths: -The rods form from a singularity of ice Adrian creates, which will continue to extend unless they are interrupted.
-If one direction of extension stops, the other keeps on going.
-They can be used as spears.
-Adrian can make any number of these within the same post
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses: -The rods have a pre-determined, unchanging direction.
-They are fixated in place, so Adrian cannot grab and move them.
-The rods split the range between both directions' halves.
-Making more than five in one post causes the poles after the initial five to be a tier weaker than the previous. This has a minimum of three tiers weaker.
Tier 3 Technique Name: Maelstrom
Tier 3 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: 10 posts
Tier 3 Technique Description: Adrian creates a singularity of ice, up to three, and places them around an area. On his command, within three posts of creation, they will burst to summon a massive flurry of spiked hail and snow, coating every inanimate object in ice (as well as someone's equipment, if they allow). The storms will spin counter-clockwise furiously, tearing away at the lands. The maximum range is 90 Meters in diameter, but this is split between each singularity the more are created. The storms only last up to 15 post if one singularity is used, this is divided between the storms.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths: -Allows for a trap-like mechanic
-The storms are heavy and powerful
=The storms will drop the temperature within them 40 degrees celsius. Using singularities in the same area can stack this effect.
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses: -The temperature drop is temporary, as the storms absorb back to their focal point and disappear once they end.
-The storms do no distinguish between friend or foe.
-The singularities may only exist for three posts, if not used before then they will vanish.
Tier 3 Technique Name: Heart of Ice
Tier 3 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: 8 Posts
Tier 3 Technique Description: Adrian creates a singularity of ice which he can inject into something or someone and generate a massive amount of ice from the inside out.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths: -This is a potentially lethal move to living things
-Will using an extreme ice generation effect to explode things imbued with the singularity.
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses: -This requires point-blank range to inject and only 1 post to retreat for Adrian
-This doesn't work against equal tier characters (unless plot calls for it).
Tier 3 Technique Name: Heart of Winter
Tier 3 Technique Type: Passive
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: N/A
Tier 3 Technique Description: Adrian is capable of controlling the element of winter to a higher degree. This allows his structures to be much more complex and equal in tier to his in terms of durability. He still cannot make mechanical structures, though. He may also use snow and ice in its raw form and cover the area harmlessly. At this point, he is dropping the temperature of the area around him by 5 degrees fahrenheit per post.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths: -May drop the temperature of the area by 5 degrees fahrenheit per post.
-May create complex structures of high durability
-May manipulate snow and ice in their raw forms.
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses: -The temperature change only extends out to 10 meters.
-The structures are still not mechanical
-His structures are still weak to heat, fire, etc.
- Tier 4:
Tier 4 Technique Name: Blade of Winter
Tier 4 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 4 Technique Cooldown: 3 Posts
Tier 4 Technique Description: Adrian may swing his arm, releasing an arc of ice that will slice like a mighty blade, soaring as far as 180 meters. The arc itself is 10 meters long, and is capable of slicing through objects with great might. Due to the lack of complex structure or function, the arc condenses all of its power to produce speed and might for a truly harmful blow.
Tier 4 Technique Strengths: -High-powered as well as quite fast
-Can cause severe structural damage.
Tier 4 Technique Weaknesses: -Very basic in use and structure
-Collateral damage is not controlled.
Tier 4 Technique Name: The King
Tier 4 Technique Type: Zoan Form
Tier 4 Technique Cooldown: 10 posts
Tier 4 Technique Description: Adrian transforms into his King form, enveloping his body in ice and being granted a superior form of his existing passive abilities. He may also spawn cones of cold from his hand that are 5 meters in diameter but only reach out to 3 meters. Ice spikes are also another projectile he can passively produce in this form, and he may fire 1 Blade of Winter per post. This form only lasts for 8 posts before he is restricted to his normal state for 4 posts.
Tier 4 Technique Strengths: -Allows for versatility through passives
-A great resistance to heat is developed by being so cold
Tier 4 Technique Weaknesses: -The duration is limited
-Afterwards he cannot enter another Zoan form for 4 posts.
Tier 4 Technique Name: Ice Arcanum: Solomon's Sealing
Tier 4 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 4 Technique Cooldown: 10 Posts
Tier 4 Technique Description: Adrian can create a magical circle that will envelope the area, even if it is disleveled, which collects cold and ice into it before exploding into a massive pillar/plume of ice. The plume has a diameter of 50 meters, reaching up to 100 meters in height. It will envelope all within in ice and hail, using the cold to freeze what is caught. Once it finishes, it will solidify into a pillar.
Tier 4 Technique Strengths: -A mighty plume with ice and hail
-Capable of freezing things/people caught within it.
Tier 4 Technique Weaknesses: -It deactivates Adrian's Ice-based abilities for 2 posts while he charges it.
-It will absorb all ice structures or ice produced by Adrian into it.
- Tier 5:
Tier 5 Technique Name: Samsara of Ice
Tier 5 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 5 Technique Cooldown: One Use
Tier 5 Technique Description: Adrian summons a massive flurry of ice around him, masking an area of 100 meters around Adrian. It contains blades and spiked spheres of hail terrorizing the area affected, as well as ice and snow completely engulfing what is within it. The flurry spins counter-clockwise like a wheel, eventually collecting into a sphere above Adrian's hand, condensing into a completely solid ball of ice, condensing its diameter to six inches. He may then use it as a grenade of sorts, causing a twenty meter explosion which sustains itself for three posts, going inward and outward, flowing around the focal point. He may also use the sphere and inject himself, increasing the power of Event Horizon to that of a T4 technique.
Tier 5 Technique Strengths: -Massive AoE attack
-Capable of casing everything in ice, even characters if allowed.
-Massive destructive power
Tier 5 Technique Weaknesses: -Potentially detrimental collateral damage.
-Does not distinguish between friend and foe.
-Adrian becomes exhausted if he combines this with Event Horizon.
Tier 5 Technique Name: Zen
Tier 5 Technique Type: Defensive
Tier 5 Technique Cooldown: 10 posts
Tier 5 Technique Description: Adrian completely encases himself in a silver-colored, opaque ice that perfectly forms to his body. It is equivalent to armor of his tier, and lasts for 15 posts if not destroyed. It allows him to resist heat to where it is no longer a weakness, as well as protect against weapon attacks.
Tier 5 Technique Strengths: -Powerful armor
-Heat-producing things no longer act as a weakness
Tier 5 Technique Weaknesses: -Can only be used three times a topic.
-Vulnerable to sea-stone, acting a tier weaker against sea-stone weapons.
