Skill Name: Ittoryu Level: Air Cutter
Skill Type: Range
Skill Information: One-sword style can consists more of "air cutting" as an offense. Leon usually attacks like this due to his large sword being able to do so. *Leon's naming choice are based mostly off of birds and flying beasts.*
Skill Strengths:
-Ranged as attack, Melee as defense
-Mostly consists of heavy attacks
Skill Weaknesses:
-Ranged can be avoided from a distance or blocked if opponent's tier is higher than Leon's tier.
-Speed isn't in favor of Leon, Leon is usually stationary when he attacks

Tier 1 Technique Name: Falcon Shot
Tier 1 Technique Type: Mid-Ranged
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 5 post cooldown
Tier 1 Technique Description: Leon swings his sword down with the air cutter about 3 feet in length and flies at a very fast pace.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
-Very fast
-Hard to avoid
-Better when user is above his target
-At tier 3, the air cutter will form into a falcon will follow the target until distance is reached
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Attack fades out due to fast pacing
- Although hard to avoid, can be easily blocked if opponent is fast enough
-Since it's mid-ranged, it will not reach as far to target
-Only hits one target, so once it hits something/someone, the ability is done

Tier 1 Technique Name: Hawk Sight
Tier 1 Technique Type: Far-Ranged/Field/Support
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 6 post cooldown
Tier 1 Technique Description: Leon swings his swords around one full circle and air cuts. The air cutter creates a dome (5m diameter, 5m height), hitting all targets within distance. Those hit, whether damage taken or not, are "marked" and are visible to only Leon even if target is invisible or not.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
-Once target is in contact, target is "marked" and is visible to Leon
-Far ranged
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
-objects count too, so if the person had a suit on top of his/her self, they can take it off and run off
-Very weak attack, only used to marked the targets in distance
-Easily blocked by typical shields, Tekkai, Busoshoku Haki, etc
-Hits ALL targets within range
-ONLY Leon can see the target that is "marked"

Tier 1 Technique Name: Winged Savior
Tier 1 Technique Type: Support
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 10 post cooldown
Tier 1 Technique Description: Leon swings his sword into a figure eight and creates "wings" that surround his whole body for 1 posts. Making Leon guarded from any attack that is the same tier or lower than Leon's tier
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
-Absorbs and blocks most attacks
-If Leon's tier is two levels higher than opponent's tier, then opponent will be hurt on contact
-Great during last resort guarding or needing time
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
-Huge amount of energy used, therefore doesn't last long and cooldown is high
-Self-protection
-Cannot move until 2 posts are done whether the shield is broken or not
-Can be broken if opponent's tier is two levels higher than Leon's tier on regular attacks
-Can be broken if opponent's tier is one level higher than Leon's tier on Busoshoku attacks

Tier 1 Technique Type: Field/Far-Range
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 7 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: Leon slashes the air in moderate power so the air slash splits into many tiny birds. The tiny birds fly together and fly in a swarm/flock and pierce the opponents who get caught in the flock.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
-User is able to control where the flock goes
-hard to block due to scattered attack
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
-Will hit anyone (indiscriminate)
-heavy wind will blow away the attack

Tier 1 Technique Name: Phoenix Born
Tier 1 Technique Type: Far-Ranged
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 20 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: A very strong move of Leon's. Leon strikes his sword on the ground hard enough to create sparks and light his sword on fire. He then swings the sword to air cut. The air cutter on fire then flies towards the direction it is swung.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
-By tier 3, a phoenix will form and Leon can control the direction the Phoenix is going
-If Leon's tier is higher than target's tier, Leon can break through all "human" defenses (For ex. Busoshoku, Tekkai, etc) due to being a very heavy attack
-Unaffected by weather situations
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
-By the time Leon lights his sword on fire, opponents will know he is using this move due to by far being the only move where Leon lights his sword on fire
-Very large attack, "Phoenix" can be up to 4 meters so targets are very aware of the attack
-Due to the size and heaviness, the "Phoenix" will hit on contact and only one target directly, therefore, can be very destructive and dangerous if not careful

The Strengths and Weaknesses should be balance out. At the moment you have 4 strengths and 3 weakness.

-How large is the falcon?

-Might want to reword the description a bit, people might assume that its an autohit.

-If the target is hit how long are they marked for?

-I wait for 2nd staff member opinion.

Flock Slash

-Forgot to add in a cooldown.

The majority of these skills are all too strong for t1 techniques.

For one, t1 techniques won't be creating advanced projectiles like birds. Also as for winged savior, you might be able to block 1-2 attacks with this, but not attacks for 2 posts.

Tier 1 Range:
Close: 0-5 Meters
Mid: 6-10 Meters
Long: 11-15 Meters
Area Attack Radius: 5m (An attack with user at the center)
Area Attack Radius: 2.5m (An attack that travels)

This is the limitation of t1 ranges.

i kinda nerfed most of them through cooldown and the only "bird-forming" that wil occur is when Leon reaches tier 3 or the scattered tiny birds

Winged savior wouldn't last 2 posts. At tier one it would last no more than to block 1-2 attacks.
