-highly susceptible to ice of any kind (will break after 2 tier 1 ice attacks)
-will break when more than 0.7 tons is applied at any one time

Well, for one thing, it's a T1 weapon. It wouldn't have COMPLETE resistance to rust and wind damage. And it would be susceptible to higher amounts of damage from a weapon 1 tier higher. Other than a those few changes, it looks good.

For the strengths you have, a lava and a wrist damage weakness are not really good counters. Wrist damage is something that can potentially never happen and lava is very very rare. Your strengths are very good, I'd like you to find a couple better weaknesses please.
