Skill Description & Information: This technic is based on the use of Rokushiki trained in the marine academy and the Swordsmanship he created on his own. He learned Geppo, Soru and Rankyaku in the academy. His swordsman style is based on the use of two big swords originally maid to be used with two hands. This two technics were combined with powerful weapons to create a very powerful technic. He learned this technic using his whole life as a marine, each move needs a lot of strength in his body, so his strength levels are over the normal human. He usually uses kicks and sword slashes in the technic. The base element of this technic is wind. This technic is the mastery of Rankyaku and basic Geppo and Soru.

Skill Strengths:
- Hiroko can use all Geppo, Soru and Rankyaku technics.
- Enhanced strength. He is simply stronger than usual. He is probably 2 times stronger than usual.
- Enhanced speed. He is simply faster than usual. He is probably two times faster.
- Yosai Yosai no Mi: Hiroko's fruit also allows him to make his weapons little and store them in his hands. This movement can be done in a blink of an eye because of his un-human soru speed. The oposite can also be done to make the swords go big when he has them stored in his hands. This movement is, again, very fast, so it looks like he only appears them from nowhere, but anyone his tier or higher can see through this illusion and notice his ability.

Skill Weaknesses:
- Sword Technics have to be performed with two big two handed swords.
- Hiroko will never learn how to perform the other 4 rokushiki styles.
- He can't use one handed swords, never.
- He can't use sword technics with only one sword.
- He only has two mastered Rokushiki styles, and his Rankyaku can't be used with no sword, but with sword, he can perform incredible Rankyaku technics.

- Technique Name: Soru
Technique Type: Supportive
Technique Cooldown: 3
Technique Description: Soru allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. The principle of this move is to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye. A high amount of speed allows the user to seemingly vanish.
Technique Strengths:
-Allows User to Travel at vanishing speed to other players
-User is noticeably faster than someone who is not using a movement skill
-User is able to add the momentum of speed into their strikes, for more powerful abilities.
Technique Weaknesses:
-User is slightly weaker in terms of defense while using this technique
-Technique is heavily Dependent upon user's legs, meaning if they are disrupted, so will the technique be.
-In order for Player to travel at a vanishing speed directly to opponents, they require at least a one tier advantage over the opponent. IF the opponent is a higher tier, They will still be able to travel at vanishing speed, but the opponent will be able to see and counter soru as if the user were moving at normal speed.

Skill Cooldown: 5
Skill Description: Geppo allows the user of this technique to actually jump off the air as if it was solid, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. With enough skill in this technique, the user can even become capable of walking on the air as if it were solid ground! However, the primary use of this technique is to allow the user to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or it can easily set the user up for swift aerial attacks.
Skill Strengths:
-User is able to walk on air and can stay afloat for extended periods of time. User is allowed to stay in the air for 2 posts per tier, meaning, at Tier 6, a user can stay in the air for 12 posts.
-User is a good deal quicker than those without a movement skill
-User is slightly stronger than normal while attacking in the air during the use of this technique
Skill Weaknesses:
-User is a good deal less durable while using this technique
-Skill is heavily dependent on the user's legs, immobilizing one--or both, will render the skill useless.
-If the user is knocked to the ground, or forced down, Their Geppo is disrupted and they cannot use it again until CD is up.
- Nano:
- Tier 1 Technique Name: Nano
Tier 1 Technique Type: Mid Range (6-10 Meters)
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 2
Tier 1 Technique Description: This is an advanced technic and use of Rankyaku. The user just moves his blade, just like a normal Rankyaku, but the movement is so fast and so small, even if the projectile is created 1 meter large and goes at the same speed than a normal Rankyaku, the blade isn't seen moving. The enemy will probably think he didn't even move his weapon in the attack.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
-Good surprise attacks.
-Lower Tier enemies won't notice it moved.
-The blade can appear anywhere around the user.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
-Projectile isn't an actual blade, and although it will cut inanimate objects, it will only slice an opponent slightly.
-All Heat based opponents are slightly more durable than normal against this technique.
-Higher Tier or same tier enemies will notice the sword actually moved.
- Soru:
- Technique Name: Soru
Technique Type: Supportive
Technique Cooldown: 3
Technique Description: Soru allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. The principle of this move is to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye. A high amount of speed allows the user to seemingly vanish.

Tier 1 Technique Description: The user uses Rankyaku, and with both hands, he swings both blades up creating a wind wall that will also elevate some dust and little rocks from the ground. The wall is able to push up anyone who touches it and will also block ranged attacks.

-It can push enemies up high.

Skill Type: Offensive, Mid range (6-40 Meters)
Skill Cooldown: 3
Skill Description: The Rankyaku is a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body. However, it has been shown that almost any length of appendage that is capable of moving at high velocities is also capable of executing this move. Hiroko uses this technic with any of his blades, but he can't perform it with his legs.
Skill Strengths:
-Projectile is a blade made of air with a sharp edge. It has an edge capable of slicing into an opponent and, although it wont fully cut their body, they do suffer heavy damage.
-User is a good deal stronger when using this projectile slash.
-User is slightly faster in using the projectile slash towards all water based opponents.
Skill Weaknesses:
-Projectile isn't an actual blade, and although it will cut inanimate objects, it will only slice an opponent slightly.
-Air based opponents react slightly quicker to this technique
-All Heat based opponents are slightly more durable than normal against this technique

Tier 2 Technique Type: Mid Range (6-40 Meters)
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 4 posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: The user throws his both swords at the opponent making the swords spin like boomerangs or frisbee. While the enemy is distracted by the swords, the user uses soru to flash behind the enemy, and when the swords pass through the opponent, the user grabs them to use soru again and give a second slash to the enemy.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
-It's a two hit attack, so even if the enemy evades the first attack, he can be damaged by the second one.
-The swords can't be intercepted unless the enemy is higher rank than the user.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
-Only attacks one if the enemies, unless the enemies are lined up.
-If the swords are intercepted, the user won't be able to catch the swords, and that would mean he won't be able to use them or technics relying on the swords.
- Twin Tiger Slash:

Tier 2 Technique Description: The user slashes with both weapons towards the enemy, this will create two wind projectiles that will then become a pair of wind tigers running at the opponent.

-Can only attack a maximum of two.
-Just like the normal Rankyaku, the tigers can destroy rocks and walls but won't cut enemies.

Tier 2 Technique Description: The user uses both swords and spins quickly. A wind sphere will be created around the user, creating a wind blade zone, where anyone inside will receive thousands of little cuts, but they will also be sent back flying and landing outside the zone.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
-It attacks many.
-Causes lots of cuts in the enemies.
-Pushes any enemy same tier as the user or lower.
-Can also push weapons (Including Bullets) and technics.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
-Can't push higher tier enemies.
-Cuts are little and just painful.
-It can easily attack allies.
-Can't push weapons or attacks unless they are lower tier than him.

Tier 2 Technique Type: Mid Range (6-40 Meters)

Tier 2 Technique Description: The user slashes with both swords towards the targets. A wind powerful wind that can even be seen attacks the enemy pushing them back and cutting them several times.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
-It can attack many.
-Pushes back any enemy tier lower or equal than the user.
-Cuts are as powerful as normal knife cuts.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
-Can only attack in one direction.
-Can't push higher tiers than the user.
-Can't push attacks.

Tier 3 Technique Type: Mid Range (6-70 meters)
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: 5 posts
Tier 3 Technique Description: The user throws both spinning swords at the enemy just to distract them. But when they are distracted, he will use soru to appear behind them where he will grab them to have the swords hit him. But just when he is about to be hit, he leaves, letting the swords slash completely the enemy. The swords will continue, but the user will use soru again to grab the swords and launch them again. This happens about 10 times, but because of soru and the speed of the swords, enemies can't even what's happening, they'll only see a pair of flying swords slashing many times a target.

Tier 3 Technique Description: The user uses both swords and slashes the air at the same time spinning. A wind sphere will be created around the user, creating a wind blade zone, where anyone inside will receive thousands of little cuts, but they will also be sent back flying and landing outside the zone.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths:
-It attacks many.
-Causes lots of cuts in the enemies. This cuts are same cuts you could do to someone stabbing them with a knife.
-Pushes any enemy same tier as the user or lower.
-Can also push weapons (Including Bullets) and technics.
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses:
-Can't push higher tier enemies.
-It can easily attack allies.
-Can't push weapons or attacks unless they are lower tier than him.
-Cuts are painful, but it won't cause that much damage.
- Twin Blade; Storm Dragon:
- Tier 3 Technique Name: Twin Blade; Storm Dragon
Tier 3 Technique Type: Mid Range (6-70 meters)

Tier 3 Technique Description: The user points both hands at anywhere. While holding one sword in each hand, he will make them spin never pointing at any other direction. From each sword, something similar to an invisible tornado will be created attacking in both directions. The tornados will cut anyone in the area and push them back.

Tier 3 Technique Description: The user simply starts slashing launching up to 20 projectiles wit rankyaku in some seconds.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths:
-Can attack many.

Tier 3 Technique Description: The user starts spinning his both swords in his hands, making them look like a pair of green spinning wheels. The user will than have three options. First is to dash towards the enemy with soru. Two, to jump with geppo in the air and do the same thing against a flying opponent. Three, to use geppo to jump and then dash with soru against a enemy n the ground falling like a meteor.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths:
-Has three different options to choose, even if they are very similar.
-Deals heavy damage.
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses:
-Can attack only one enemy unless they are lined up.
-Needs both swords and both arms to use it.
- Tier 4:

- Tier 4 Technique Name: Twin Moon Dance; Chaos Blaster
Tier 4 Technique Type: Mid Range (6-140 meters)/Area of Effect (30 meter radius)
Tier 4 Technique Cooldown: 6 posts
Tier 4 Technique Description: The user uses soru to dash towards the opponent and crash their swords, launching them up at 20 meters from the ground. Using geppo and soru, the user jumps towards the enemy, and in mid air, slashes the enemy several times dashing from one side to another. Then the user will dash up slashing the enemy and taking them higher, but then the final slash is performed dashing down slashing and taking the opponent with him crashing them against the ground and causing very heavy damage on them. When they crash on the ground, an area of wind will be created pushing anyone else and cutting anyone in the area of 30 meters around the crashing zone.
Tier 4 Technique Strengths:
-The target will receive very heavy damage.
-The wind zone can push away anyone tier equal to or lower than the user.
-Cuts caused by the wind zone are normal sword slashes.
-Can push back attacks and weapons (including bullets) unless they are higher tier than the user.
Tier 4 Technique Weaknesses:
-The target can only be one.
-Can damage his allies.
-The target won't be affected by the wind zone.
-Can't push higher tier opponents, weapons or attacks.

Tier 4 Technique Description: The user grabs both swords with one hand by grabbing the handles at the same time. Then he puts the swords up and starts spinning them like a helicopter. From the spiral, a tornado is created and is launched at the enemy. The tornado can change directions and has the form of a dragon. When the dragon hits the enemy, it explodes making a wind area cutting anyone in the area and pushing them outside.
Tier 4 Technique Strengths:
-It pushes enemies, attacks and weapons (including bullets).
-Can attack many.
-The cuts are as powerful as normal sword cuts.
Tier 4 Technique Weaknesses:
-The dragon doesn't really does much damage.
-Can't push anything/anyone higher tier than the user.
-Easily hits allies.

Tier 4 Technique Type: Mid Range (6 - 140 meters)
Tier 4 Technique Cooldown: 6 posts
Tier 4 Technique Description: The user slashes with both swords making an invisible tornado that attacks the enemies in front of him. Anyone in the tornado will be pushed back, but the damaging part is the last part. The user will use soru to dash through all the tornado slashing at least 2 times anyone inside. The tornado is 15 meters radius and attacks in one direction.
Tier 4 Technique Strengths:
-Can attack many.
-Heavy damage to anyone inside.
-The user will push attacks, enemies and weapons (including bullets).
Tier 4 Technique Weaknesses:
-Can only attack in one direction.
-While using soru here, the user won't be able to see if he is attacking any ally.
-Can't push anything higher tier than the user.
