The Barracks is where you can recruit NPCs to assisted you on your journey. Do you need a cook? Or maybe you need a navigator to help you traverse the Grand Line? Or Maybe you need an extra hand in combat? No matter what you need, I'm sure you can find someone here to fit your needs!.
Now before you start recruiting, there are a few rules you need to know. First you can only recruit NPCs that are lower Tier than you. Second you can only have 2 NPCs at a time. Third only Tier 1 through Tier 4 NPCs can be recruited. Any request for a Tier 5 or Tier 6 NPC will be automatically denied. Finally all NPCs bought in the Barracks comes with come with two technique equal to their tier. Finally are equipment with one free armor & weapon equal one higher than their tier.
